Daily Crohn’s Disease Diary

Some days you feel good and other days you feel bad. The bad days may make you feel sad or depressed. On good days you want to go to school, hang out with your friends and maybe do something fun.

Sometimes it’s helpful to write down how you feel in a diary. You can even use your diary to discuss your Crohn’s disease with the gastroenterologist. Or you may want to share your thoughts with family or friends. You may also just want to keep your diary private, which is okay too.

In any case, you can use the diary to keep track of your progress and express yourself. You can look back on certain days and remember what made them good or what made them bad. By keeping a diary, you can also see how well your treatment is working and share this important information with your gastroenterologist.

We’ve created a Crohn’s disease diary just for you to download and print. Print as many pages as you like. Make an entry to your diary every day, once a week or whenever you feel like it.
